The Bishop Basil H. Losten Center for Ukrainian Church Studies at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., the Ukrainian Catholic University in Lviv, Ukraine, and the Pontifical Oriental Institute in Rome, Italy sponsored a two-day scholarly conference on St. Josaphat on November 13-14, 2023. This international scholarly conference marked the 400th anniversary of Saint Josaphat Kuntsevych, entitled “Identity and Cult: Theological, Cultural and Historical Dimensions of Josaphat Kuntsevych.” It was under the patronage of the Head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, His Beatitude Sviatoslav. Very Rev. Mitred Archpriest Dr. Mark Morozowich served as the moderator for several sessions.
